KLM Spatial has proudly supported long-standing clients on this significant industrial development, home to major tenants such as Nuttelex, Border Express, Frank Company and the BESS Battery Farm. The scale and complexity of this project reflects the depth of our ongoing relationship and the trust built over many years of collaboration.

With the majority of the site now completed, the project has entered a critical final phase focused on essential infrastructure upgrades along Evans Road. These works include the construction of a complex intersection, requiring the installation of a multi-culvert bank to manage stormwater flow.

Delivering this stage has presented a number of unique challenges — particularly due to council constraints prohibiting a full road closure. Our team is navigating this with careful staging and innovative construction methods to keep traffic moving while works progress.

In addition to the culverts and road works, our crews recently commenced major drainage upgrades and will soon begin installation of a new water main along Evans Road — a key piece of infrastructure to support future site growth and serviceability.

This project is a prime example of KLM’s capability to manage complex civil works within constrained urban environments, all while delivering lasting value to our clients and their tenants.
