Smiths Park Estate is a significant residential community that KLM Spatial has supported since its inception in 2017. Through our initial engagement during the due diligence of the land, to the advisory input provided during the preparation of the Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) to the urbanisation of the land.
Our point of difference for this Estate has been; Negotiations with both Council and the Transport Authority for the timely and cost efficient delivery of critical road infrastructure. Ensuring an appropriate balance of community expectations and developer fiscal reality is achieved.
Optimization of developable land through the location of drainage assets within the existing transmission easement. These assets were subsequently significantly embellished recognizing the gain in developable area.
Timely maintenance and then hand over of the conservation area along the eastern boundary of the Estate. Further provision of pathways to ensure this area is an asset for the community.
