This role requires you to perform surveying activities in a timely and efficient manner ensuring expectations of KLM Spatial, clients and regulatory bodies are satisfied.

Responsibilities include:
- Perform a variety of land surveys including but not limited to Title Re-
establishments, Site Mapping, Setout & As Constructed Surveys. - Perform Title, Field Note and Survey Plan searching Determine efficient
survey methodologies - Assist site survey team taking and recording measurements
- Prepare plans as required using title dimensions or other technical
direction related to task - Prepare Plans under the Subdivision Act & Transfer of Land Act for
- Registration Land Registry under supervision.
- Liaise with stakeholders both internal and external
- Mentor survey assistants
- Maintain and develop workplace standards and policies including
industrial, OH&S, environmental, legal, statutory and contractual
requirements. - Ensure conformance to KLM Spatial quality standards.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Company’s
Guidelines, Mission and Value Statements.
• Keep timesheets on activities
