Located in Officer South, 330 Cardinia Road is a significant 71-hectare industrial development that brings together the full strength of KLM’s multidisciplinary expertise — with our Town Planning, Surveying, Urban Land Design, Engineering, and Major Projects teams working in close collaboration.
Now under construction, with earthworks well underway, the development is being delivered across 12 carefully staged phases. The project is designed to accommodate long-term industrial growth in Melbourne’s south-east corridor and is being delivered with careful consideration of environmental and planning constraints.
Key challenges on this site include the presence of protected growling grass frog habitat and the integration of a temporary retarding basin to manage stormwater during construction and early stages of delivery. These environmental considerations are central to the design strategy and have shaped both the staging and infrastructure rollout.
