Throughout the process, Cardinia Shire Council placed significant infrastructure responsibilities on the developer, requiring strategic planning, detailed negotiations, and efficient permit management. Despite these pressures, the project is now in its final stage, with both warehouse and subdivision permits well underway.
With works progressing smoothly, completion is expected by the end of the year, marking another successful delivery of PSP-aligned industrial land in one of Victoria’s fastest-growing corridors.
