Wantirna Rise is a 113 lot residential subdivision on the doorstep of Eastlink and the Burwood Highway.

The subdivision was designed to be respectful of the surrounding character and mindful of the development outcomes to be delivered on the individual allotments. Extensive consultation with Council and various government bodies and authorities overcame the plethora of complicated land development matters that needed to be addressed in order to realise the resultant subdivision.
