39 Bayview Road is a 75-lot residential subdivision in the City of Cardinia, completed in 2023. This civil engineering-led project involved the transformation of a steep and constrained infill site, surrounded by existing homes on all four boundaries — requiring a sensitive, high-precision approach from day one.
KLM Spatial’s Civil Engineering team played a lead role in overcoming the site’s topographical and infrastructure challenges. The steep gradient of the land demanded a customised subdivision layout, underpinned by innovative design techniques to ensure level buildable lots, compliant road grades, and efficient drainage across the site.
